Chase Grossman, a native of Dallas/Fort Worth brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and hospitality to Teddy Wongs. As an aspiring sommelier, Chase has passion for learning everything about wine. He holds the distinction of being the first person hired for the staff at Teddy Wongs, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the establishment.

Chase’s philosophy on hospitality is simple: treat every guest as if they are a visitor in your own home.This guiding principle shapes the warm and welcoming environment that Teddy Wongs is known for. His dedication to creating memorable experiences for guests is not only commendable but sets the standard for the entire staff. 

His enthusiasm and expertise set a stellar example for his colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and genuine care.

Professional Careers

After honing his craft in a number of three-star restaurants, Benoit entered the world of luxury hotels, travelling the length and breadth of South East France, where he met Alain Ducasse. After heading up a family restaurant in Lyon, Benoit came to Paris to manage a small, yet hugely successful restaurant in the Latin quarter. It then that he was reunited with Ducasse, who in 2000 named him chef at Benoit and head of event catering for the hotel.
