Summer Wine Tasting

Casual happy hour event featuring wines from Donnafuggata, a wine brand from Sicily.
Brand Ambassador Giovanni Masucci will be present to pour free samples of four of their wines and to talk to guests about the brand. We will be offering 25% off on these bottles all night on Tuesday, dine in or takeout.
ABOUT Giovanni Masucci:
Giovanni Masucci, brand ambassador for Donnafugata in Sicily, Italy.
Giovanni Masucci joined Donnafugata’s Hospitality Staff in early 2013. From August 2014 to 2017, he led the Hospitality department. Starting in 2017, he became the Brand Ambassador for the US and Far East. Since 2019, he’s overseen VIP & Trade hospitality and supported the export back office since 2020. As a native English speaker with dual American and Italian citizenship, Giovanni was born in Naples, Italy, and earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Naples University in 2006 and a Master’s in Marketing from Bocconi Milano University.
Donnafugata was founded in 1983 by Giacomo and Gabriella Rallo, protagonists of the Sicilian wine renaissance, and remains a family business celebrating the 1000-year old traditions of Sicilian winemaking. Working the land in all corners from Etna and Vittoria in the east, to Marsala in the west and even the volcanic outpost of Pantelleria, Donnafugata is committed to enhancing the reputation of the island’s indigenous varieties to tell the holistic story of Sicily through wine, music and art.
